Plastic Surgeon
David R Gateley has over 30 years experience in Plastic Surgery. Trained in Cambridge, Oxford, London and the United States, he offers the full range of Plastic Surgery and owns a non surgical medical spa in Wimbledon.
Plastic Surgeon
I am a British trained fully accredited Consultant Plastic Surgeon working at both St Thomas' Hospital and King's College Hospital. I am on the General Medical Council's specialist register for Plastic Surgery and am a member of The British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. My main area of expertise is complex breast reconstruction.
Practice Manager
I joined DRG Plastic Surgery in May 2016 after working at Spire St Anthony's hospital. I am the Senior PA to Mr David Gateley and Miss Victoria Rose and my main priority is the smooth running of the practice to ensure all patients have a relaxed experience when booking in any procedure from consultation to surgery. I will always go that extra mile to achieve patient satisfaction and like to ensure all patients feel comfortable contacting me with any concerns, however small they may be.
PA
I have worked for DRG Plastic Surgery since 2001. My current role is mainly dealing with invoicing and receipting, typing of clinic letters and taking action as required. I work remotely so my time in the office is limited, however I liaise with the other members of DRG staff on a regular basis and promote best practice for our patients which we all believe to be the cornerstone of our brand.
Nurse
I have worked for DRG Plastic Surgery since 2013, as their Practice nurse. I trained in Australia and worked as Theatre Practitioner specialising in cardiothoracic surgery for about 15 years. Then expanded into other specialities focusing on Plastics and Cosmetic surgery. My role currently involves Pre-Assessment, First Assisting and post-op Wound Management. I’m also, often a point of contact for patient pre and post, surgery with any of their clinical concerns.
Business Manager
I work as the Company Secretary for DRG Plastic Surgery supporting our office both in terms of our admin and finance. I am the Registered Manager for our medical spa Nakedhealth and form the liaison between the businesses.
Social Media Strategist/PA
Catherine Cowen has worked for DRG Plastic Surgery since 2011 as PA to Mr Gateley and, more recently, Miss Rose. She specializes in blogging and social media. She has an MA in modern languages from Edinburgh University and is fluent in French, Italian and Spanish.
"Mr Gateley has looked after me twice and in all respects deserves more than 10 out of 10. His manner, reassurance and skill must be applauded."
